The model is a commodity — it gets cheaper and better every quarter. What doesn't is the living, sovereign record of the law your business is bound by, held together with your own documents, processed onshore. That's what Brolka builds, and it's what no global model can reach.
See it workingBrolka is an Australian AI centre training across 100+ industries to build AI that genuinely understands our region. Not a wrapper around someone else's model. A private AI workspace where your documents meet the live law that governs them — starting with the industries this region runs on, and reaching the Pacific, which no global platform serves.
Switch industries. Ask the law a question and watch it answer, cited to the section. Check a document against live legislation. This is the actual product surface — the regulatory intelligence layer, running.

From Brisbane to Mt Isa. From Sydney and Melbourne to Perth and Darwin. From every regional town across this continent to the business hubs of the Pacific. We are building AI for all of us.
Open-source AI models hosted entirely on Australian infrastructure. Your data stays in Australia, under Australian law. No foreign government access. No offshore data routing.
Your industry's legislation, held current to the day and cited to the section — updated as the law changes, not when someone remembers to check. The moat is the corpus plus its rate of change.
The law and your own documents, together — so Brolka can tell you which of your policies are affected when the law moves. A general AI reads your files; a legal AI reads the law; only Brolka holds both.
A trusted regional home for Pacific nations' AI needs. Australian-hosted, locally governed, purpose-built to serve Oceania on Oceania's terms.
I build the systems that keep a Queensland copper mine running — and I watched the same problem show up everywhere I looked: the rules that govern a business change constantly, and no one can keep up with what those changes mean for their own documents.
Frontier AI can't solve it. Ask ChatGPT about a regulation and it searches the open web and hopes the page is current. It can't hold your company's private documents alongside the law, it can't tell you when the law your policies were written against has changed, and it can't do any of it without sending your data offshore — which, for mining, legal, health, and government, isn't allowed.
So I started building the thing that can. Brolka holds the live legislation of your industry and your own documents in one private, onshore workspace — and watches the gap between them. When the law moves, it tells you which of your documents just fell out of step.
It started with what I know — Queensland mining law — and the architecture underneath extends to any regulated industry, and to a region the global platforms skip entirely: the Pacific. That's the part nobody else is building. It's why I'm building it here.
We're onboarding founding partners and design customers across Australian and Pacific industries. If your organisation needs AI that knows your region's law and keeps your data sovereign — or if you want to help build it — get in touch.
